This year, I had the pleasure of attending the show again, but this time not as a vendor, which gave me time to explore all the chocolate booths! I was delighted to connect with two other amazing craft chocolatiers!

🍫✨While there were many chocolate-based products on display (probably 10+), I noticed that most exhibitors couldn’t even tell me where their cacao came from 🤷🏻‍♀️.

This highlights a key difference between craft chocolate and other types—transparency in sourcing!

Let’s keep championing the importance of ethical sourcing and delicious craft chocolate!
